The collection of jams
With many varieties of fruit, which we offer for sale for our guests and customers, new jams can be made every year.
The most popular varieties in recent years have been:
- Sicilian orange marmalade
- Mandarin marmalade from Palmo di Terra
- White or yellow tabacchiere peach jam
- Plum jam
- Fig jam
- Apple jam with pine nuts and raisins
- Pears jam
- Kaiser pear jam
- Strawberry jam
- Melon jam with star anise
- Peach jam
- Quince jam
Each year the productions can vary according to what nature provides at that time. Thanks in part to garden produce, we make spicy jams, such as onion and balsamic vinegar jam.
The packages are 100 and 210 grams.
